Virginia Davis-Executive Chef
Virginia Davis grew up in Piedmont, CA. Ten years ago, Virginia
began working in the salad dressing business as she saw a need for
high-end dressings in the Bay Area. A graduate of California Culinary
Academy, Virginia has been giving back to her community through
Women of Taste for many years. Live A Little products are sold at
Piedmont Grocery, Andronico’s, Berkeley Bowl and Draeger’s.
Mango Spinach Chicken Salad
1 c. chicken, cooked and diced
¼ c. real bacon pieces
5 oz. spinach leaves
½ avocado, diced
1 small red onion, slivered
½ c. Live a Little Mango Lime Dressing
Wash spinach and spin dry. Combine all ingredients in a large salad
bowl. Toss until all are fully dressed. |
